My name is Patricia Chiuariu and I am the coach behind Champion In Progress. I hold a strong belief that you have the strength and the answer to achieve what you define as your success - this belief drives how I approach coaching.
I offer tailored coaching programs to help you reach your unique goal. It all begins with a FREE consultation and ends with your dreams coming true.
I will offer you a safe space to try without judgement, I'll keep you accountable (if that's what you need) and will use a whole bunch of tools to encourage reflection and action. All coaching tools are based on clinically tested methods sourced from social science, cognitive behavioural therapy and positive psychology.
With undergraduate education in psychology, a Certificate 4 in Professional Coaching (recognised by the International Coaching Federation) and a natural passion for self improvement and health, I offer clients a practical and safe space to pursue their journey as a Champion In Progress.
